About Us

RRAP Oy was founded in 2007 in Sotkamo as a design office for the construction sector. The company reached its current form in 2019, when operations were transferred to Espoo.

The mission is to provide clients with tailored services related to construction management, based on each client’s specific needs.

Construction projects have been carried out along the Sotkamo–Ulaanbaatar axis, resulting in a wealth of experience accumulated over the years. Work in the construction industry in general has been ongoing since the 1990s.

Formal education includes a degree in civil engineering from Finland and an architecture degree from Denmark.

Over the years, expertise has been gained from around one hundred construction and renovation projects exceeding one million euros, as well as from countless smaller projects.
